Today the build team is finishing the air duct instillation. We have a nacaduct on the bottom of the car and in the tail cone. With the addition of the nacaduct we had to construct a new tail cone. We left a spot in the side of the tail cone so we could pop rivet the nacaduct into the it and the plastic undercover on our car. With this we will cool our entire motor compartment and make us run faster for longer. We had a hole in our tire so we got new tubes and we are applying the new tubes to our car and we will pump up the tires today. the tire will still be used because it was not damaged enough for us to have to buy a new tire.

Riddle of the day: I pass before the sun, yet make no shadow. What am I?

Answer to yesterdays joke: he created a website.

Today we are in the shop. The build team is making our new tail cone; they are making a place for our nacaduct in the side of it so we can cool off the motor during the race. Aiden and Christina are fixing our 1st nacaduct by shuddering the crack back together. Our materials manager is putting our toolbox together and making sure that we have all that we need for race day. Pete is cutting a hole in the plastic undercover so we have multiple angles of cooling for our motor.

Joke of the day: what did the spider do on his computer?

Today we are preparing for our race next weekend. Will and Christina are analyzing the battery data from our recent battery test. This will decide the batteries we use on race day to provide the best amount of laps depending on the voltage they produce. Sean, Aiden, and Pete are changing our practice tires over to our race day slicks. With the slicks we will reduce rolling resistance and make us go faster on the track and increase the amount of laps we can do in the full ninety minutes. Corbin and Sadie are working on our possible car show fundraiser.
Answer to yesterday’s joke:  because then it would be a chicken sedan.
Riddle of the day: Which word does not belong in the following list: Stop cop mop chop prop shop or crop?

Today and the last couple of days our finicky 3d printer has been in critical condition. luigi (the 3d printer) has been on and off with his stubbornness and has made us very frustrated. We finally brought him back by trying over and over again. The nacaduct has been printing all day and will be done later today. We hope to have it done and installed by the race so our motor does not overheat and die. it will be attached to our back flap. we will print 2 to keep it cool in the motor compartment.

joke of the day: Why does a chicken coop have two doors?

answer to yesterdays riddle: the old lady was walking
